I'm responsible for managing the software development and delivery inside the company. I daily organize internal and external developers defining priorities and timings using various methodologies such as AGILE and WATERFALL. I coordinate communication between IT and Business to make sure the requirements are correctly analyzed and delivered.

Leading the Spindox web development at Ubibanca defining new software architectures, organizing team development activities, responsible for software delivery and team management. Previously I was involved in the development of the SuperEnalotto and EuroJackpot mobile app for Sisal.

Developed an editorial SPA, bringing designers concept to life using web technologies and suggesting the best final user experience. I’m responsible for the entire frontend development creating new application functionalities in terms of JavaScript components as well as jQuery plugins, interfacing with REST APIs. Since the beginning of this project I demonstrated my expertise implementing high quality modules such as image editor tool with zoom/crop functionality, performant data table, gallery editor with drag and drop functionality, dashboard with data widgets, full administration SPA to control web resources and many others.

From July 2011 to July 2013 my main role was to develop a newspaper web app reader focusing on device performances and app stability. I was also ensuring fully compatibility with different OS such as iOS, Android and Windows Mobile. My job was focused on using the latest web technologies and experiment with upcoming web standards trying to anticipate market’s next move and client requests.

Managing MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) registrations and monitoring/resolving services failures. Make sure that IT services are delivered effectively and efficiently as well as carrying out routine operational tasks. I've also developed web tools for Vodafone’s Service Managers.

Testing Fastweb’ IPTV and report bugs to the development team. Schedule the current tests, plan milestones and correct efforts. Also responsible for test book validation and new documentation creation.

Testing the latest mobile games on hundreds of devices, checking compatibility and finding possible bugs. Report bugs, clearly and with a successfully step-to-reproduce list, to the development team.
